The mission of the Armstrong Air & Space Museum is to provide opportunities for lifelong learning about the heritage of aviation and the exploration of space, with an emphasis on the contributions of Neil Armstrong and other Ohioans.
Using the experiences of Neil Armstrong and other aerospace pioneers, we inspire visitors to see themselves as tomorrow’s explorers, able to solve problems in today’s world. Through exciting environments and engaging programs, we connect visitors to aerospace in Ohio and the world: past, present, and future.
